Individual Therapy
I provide clients with evidence-based one-to-one therapy for a range of psychological concerns. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held face to face or via telehealth.
Who for: Young people (12 and older), adolescents, adults and older adults.
Program areas: Medicare, WorkCover.

Social anxiety, generalised anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, phobias and panic attacks.

Persistent low mood, loss of motivation, burnout, and difficulty finding meaning or engagement.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Processing traumatic experiences using Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR and related approaches.
Stress & Sleep Problems
Stress-related disorders, insomnia, sleep difficulties and learning to manage pressure sustainably.
Self-Esteem & Confidence
Low self-esteem, perfectionism, procrastination, intolerance of uncertainty and building confidence.
Life Transitions & Adjustment
Adjusting to new life circumstances, career changes, relationship shifts and workplace difficulties.
Relationship & Interpersonal Issues
Relationship problems, communication challenges, conflict, boundaries and interpersonal patterns.
In-Person Sessions
Face-to-face sessions are held at my consulting rooms in Melbourne. The space is private, quiet and comfortable — designed to support open, focused conversation.
Telehealth
Telehealth sessions are available via secure video link (pending approval from Medicare). Telehealth sessions follow the same structure and duration as in-person appointments.
